Returns for On-line Store credit or exchange only within seven (7) days of purchase. Covers manufacturer defects on hardware only. We cannot refund, return or exchange any items that are damaged due to user error. If physical damage is apparent we cannot replace your hardware. Exchanges are for the same item only. Trade in for Trade ups are not allowed. Returns on e-liquids and heating elements are not accepted as these are consumable products and cannot be resold.
Refunds for defective merchandise must be completed with in seven (7) days of receiving products. You must Email all details including your Sale Record Number to email@example.com. You must put “FV” in the subject line of your Email or it will be filtered into the spam folder. Once we have received your return request we will issue you the FV number. You can then Send the items back.
